Open Tickets Synchronization

This video is about open tickets synchronization. Before: ‘Use open tickets’ option should be activated in your Back Office (see Open ticket setup).

Add item to the ticket list. Tap the button to save the ticket. add item

Enter a name on your ticket.

Add items to the ticket and click the ‘Save’ button to save the ticket.

The list of open tickets can bee seen on any POS device within the same shop and can be changed or closed.

Open the ticket that was saved previously.

If necessary, you can add items to the ticket.

Click on charge to complete the sale.
