How to get started

The Loyverse integration is available on Perkstar Growth and Scale plans.

Create or sign in to your Perkstar account.
Connect Loyverse as an owner or manager.
Select a compatible active Points card with automatic earning, QR identification and Points-to-Cash redemption.
Set Loyverse’s loyalty earning percentage to 0% to prevent customers earning twice.
Complete the guided test sale, redemption and refund.
Start rewarding customers through Loyverse.

Data Flow

Loyverse → Perkstar:
Merchant details, currency, customer reference, and eligible sale and refund data used to calculate loyalty activity.

Perkstar → Loyverse:
Perkstar links the customer’s Wallet QR code to their Loyverse customer profile and makes their available spendable balance accessible for redemption at checkout.

Perkstar remains the source of truth for points, balances and loyalty activity.

Products, inventory, employees, taxes and payment information are not synchronised.
